Extruded Full Automatic Fried 3D Pellet Bugles Chips Snack Food Processing Making Machine Production Line mainly use potato starch/flour, corn starch, cassava starch, wheat flour as main materials, through mixing, extruding, cutting and frying to produce various shapes pellets by rotary cutting device and different dies, like shell, screw, spiral, tube pellets. After oil frying and flavoring with different seasoning, these pellets will become crispy and delicious snacks food.   This line has features of easy operation, combination flexible, simple maintenance. The line can realize Semi-automatic or Full-automatic process depends on customer's requirement. By working with different shaping machine, this line can produce 3D pellets, waved chips, shrimp chips, popular with consumers.

2. Shape: By changing the molds and process technology, this line can produce different shapes of puff snacks, like ring, stick, ball, etc. We can provide you with molds.

3. Flow Chart: Mixer→ Screw Conveyor→ Twin Screw Extruder→ Air Conveyor→ Dryer→ Hoister→ Flavoring Roller→ Cooling Conveyor.
