1.Introduction:The fish feed production line is the complete procedure of feed production with capacity from 150-1000kg/h. 5.Application/Sample
This automatic line could produce different shapes and sizes of dog food,cat food,fish feed,shrimp feed by changing formula and mold.
Fish feed samples: 1-14mm floating,sinking ,slow sinking fish feed,shrimp feed and so on.

(1)Extruder
Fish feed extruder has excellent performance and final product has high quality. Sincerely welcome you come to our factory inspect the machinery.Stainless steel, this line is with reasonable design and with high automation; The screws are made by alloy steel, with building block system structure and self-cleaning function.
(2)Oven/Dryer
The moister in the food which come out of the extruder is about 12-20%.With the dry of the dryer, the moister can get down below 10% and is easy to be storage for long time. There are heating system and convey system.
(3)Flavoring roller
By the turning of the tumbling box,it can coat the products with even layer of the coating flour,Increase the quantity of the flour on the products surface.It causes the obvious scaly food surface.
7.Packing and shipment
Packing: inside plastic bag, outside wooden case for Machine(Based on the customers' need adopt the wooden case or wooden pellets, etc.).
